I got a phone call last night at 8:00 from the Hololani Condo we are staying at, (arriving on Tuesday, that%26#39;s 4 days) telling us that construction is going on. They are working on 3 floors, remodeling. And there will be noise. We could choose to stay there and they will give us 10% off or we could get a full refund and find another place. I looked for 2 hours last night, and could not find a place. could someone please tell me of some other places to stay.
P.S I think 10% is nothing! I Also think they should help find us another place for the price we got that one.
please help
I can't believe they did this to us!!!
Djones. I agree 10% is nothing.
1-916-684-6659 (PST, Sacramento - CA. ) This is a phone number to a man named Earl he has a condo on Maui who we reant from. He knows alot of owners and may be able to help you. He is a very nice guy. Tell him Neal told you to call.
I can't believe they did this to us!!!
Jeeper, that is so nice. On such short notice, they should really place them somewhere else. I would definatley write a letter.... may not get them anywhere, but it would make me feel better.
Well one thing is they called them before they got there. That would have sucked. Earl is a really sweet guy. I am sure he will find some way out for them. Check out this web-site

Thank You Jeeper, I will be looking into it this morning. Actually right now! Thank you, Thank you, Thank You!!
That%26#39;s terrible, call Bello Realty at 1-800-541-3060. Speak to Pam or Jason Bello, they have a ton of units, some beachfront as reasonable rates. You can view them on their website as well.
Jeeper, Earl is pretty much booked. But thanks!
Sorry about that try the people Hula has lsited. Hula knows alot about this and I respect and trust her judgement. So give them a call.
We used Ali%26#39;i Resorts to make our condo reservations.

We leave in about 3 weeks and they%26#39;ve been very responsive. Their website has pics and calendars for each of the units they offer. They%26#39;ve also had some good feedback throughout this forum.
DJ: I checked this site www.mauiholiday.net and it shows some of the days you require open but that likely doesn%26#39;t help much. This is at the Maui Kai. It might be worth checking out.
Also, at the Maui Kai, there is www.hawaiioceanfrontrentals.net The dates you require are full but it says they can book other units.
What they did to you is terrible!
check the website for the Mahina surf and Polynesian Shores. Call the toll free numbers and see what they have. I was speaking to an owner there two weeks ago who said June generally has a fairly high vacancy rate. They are lovely, beach front, 1 bed run 120-150 2 bed run 135-250. The ladies in the office at both places are very helpful.
