No, there are not. The closest thing to it would be the Kona Village Resort on the Big Island.

Yeah, I%26#39;ve never heard of any besides Kona Village either. Hawaii is not really an ';all inclusive'; kind of destination. Those types of resort environments generally pop-up in places where the food and water away from the resorts tends to be a bit suspect - definitely NOT the case in Hawaii. There are usually just too many other nearby places to eat for an AI to have much of a chance of keeping the guests on the property.
