What would generally be considered the best beach resort on the big island? Best resort with the best swimming beach is what I am looking for.

We%26#39;ve stayed at the Mauna Kea Beach Hotel over a dozen times in the past 10 years and have found that it just can%26#39;t be beat for ambience, beautiful calm water/beach on any of the Hawaiian Islands...You must enjoy!
If you mean beach resort.....and you want low key and all inclusive thrown in.....then consider Kona Village Resort..... cost will be the same since you get all meals at Kona Village and actviites.
