We are going to Maui in March and 8-12 of us would like to catch a flight to Oahu and tour Pearl Harbor/USS Missouri and the Punchbowl. Any reccomendations from those who have done this before? Is it better to book an interisland flight and rent vans or a private charter? Any help would be much appreciated.

I would check with Polynesian Adventure Tours - they offer one day tours to other islands that include hotel pickup/dropoff, airfare and tour for between $250 and $300 per person.
