Advice for 2nd. week.

We will be in Maui..Westin, Kaanapali...in July for a week, want to spend a 2nd. week at another island just chillin%26#39;...2 adults, 2 teenagers. Something not too commercialised but with stuff to do...any suggestions?

Kauai-my kids loved it, we did as well. Lots of activities, beaches are great. Just a beautiful island also. Less commercial than Maui, definitely more low key and rural.

Lets make it 3. Kauai is an obvious choice.

Want to go someplace very different and relatively non-commercial without leaving Maui?

We recently spent a week @ Kapalua (just up the street from Kaanapali), doing all the standard / wonderful Maui things like enjoying the beaches, snorkeling, dining, shopping Lahaina, golf, etc. and then headed Upcountry for the second week. Between Haleakala, Poli Poli Springs SP, Makawao, Paia, Tedeschi Winery and the Hana excursion there is plenty to do. And it was real nice being so close to these attractions rather than trekking %26gt;1 hr. from the west.
