House keeping cottages or apartments in Kailau or Hanalei

I would like input for finding a small (2 pax) housekeeping cottage or apartment (can be part of a house) in the following areas:

Kilauea, Hanalei, Anini Beach or surrounding area. We have family right in Kilauea and have stayed in some charming places which are currently not available. Ambiance is big for us, plus cooking and friendly surroundings. Any ideas that come in under $150? This would be in late Feb/early March for about 7-10 days.
