I need ideas for must see places on one day with rental car.

if I had one day to spend in the Kona area, I%26#39;d have lunch at Huggo%26#39;s in town, and then I%26#39;d go to coffee country in Holualoa, 15 minutes away from town. I%26#39;d walk through Holualoa and visit the art galleries, and I%26#39;d take a tour of a coffee plantation. I%26#39;d pick up some Blue Sky Peaberry coffee to take home or for gifts. and/or you might want to snorkle south of Kona.

Depends what you want to do. Can you give us an idea? Do you want to snorkle? Tour and view scenery? Lie on a beach? Etc.?

Aloha, what airport are you flying in/out of? You could see Kona, Capt. Cook and volcano in 1 day plus stop for coffee but it would be a timing thing.

We%26#39;re coming in on NCL cruise. Want to see coffee places for sure, don%26#39;t know yet if we%26#39;ll like snorkeling, etc. That%26#39;ll be our last day to be a whole day in Hawaii.

For this short a day I would go with whatever tour the ship offers.,

You will be too late for snorkel and ive trips which leave around 8 am

Afrernoo trip leave at 1230 and get back by 330.....not enought timime to get back to the ship for a 4 departure

Here you must go with the ship.....dont waste your bucks on a car......
