What is the best thing you ever brought back from Maui?

What I FORGOT to bring back this year:

1) Pineapple Macadamia nut ';Aplets'; candies

2) Hawaiian wrapping paper. I%26#39;m almost out! It is so much fun to use and I used it for things other than wrapping gifts!

an audi and two atvs. man, maui is expensive!

This was the best because of the reaction...

I was looking for gifts for my 21 year old son and remembered that when we would go to the beach when he was younger he always wanted to get a puka shell necklace or something similiar. So when I saw the necklaces for men at Hilo Hatties I thought, oh, he%26#39;d love this sharks tooth on a leather strap! Invited the kids over to hand out trip souveniers and when I pulled it out of the sack to give it to him, my daughter %26amp; son in law joined my son in racous laughter and catcalls! Seems that he grew out of that fashion statement around 1989! The three of them got more mileage out of my snafu than one would think possible. I laughed so hard my mouth hurt! No one can make folks laugh like my son can! Too bad he doesnt have my fashion sense! ;- )

I always bring the wrong things back for my kids. They do like the auto decals. I always look for a piece of art for my home.

I guess my photos are my all time best thing to bring home!

Just gave my 19 yr old daughter a printer, paper and an inkjet cartridge for her birthday. Not what she was hoping for! I got an interesting look from her. Sometimes you just have to be practical!

Very true...I did not. I was already charged by American Airlines $25 cause my suitecase was too heavy. It weighed 65#s. That just confirms that I am sick.

Our own condo! Now I feel like part of me is always there, you know, as I pay the bills!

Before we bought the timeshare, the best thing we brought back was our confirmed reservations for the next year.
