going into waterfalls

What do people do about clothing when they are going into the waterfalls off the road to Hana?

Do you wear a bathing suit and coverup into the falls and leave your clothes in the car? Or, do people wear their bathing suits under clothes and then take the clothes off at the waterfall?

How deep is the water at the waterfalls? What about getting cameras wet?

Wear you suit and a pair of shorts and tank to the falls and take you clothes off at the falls. The nudist guy will probably have different advice for you!

most people just wear a cover up. men just a t shirt then when you get to the falls just leave it by your towel. depth of water would depend on which and where the falls are. if you can swim and tread water you will be ok.

Hula: The nudist guy can go fly a kite - you would never catch me nude in public - it would be a fate worse than death for anyone looking!!!! lol

hothulamaui: I cannot swim or tread water and am quite afraid of water BUT I am going to an island surrounded by it!!! Doesn%26#39;t make sense does it??? lol

Lovely, that guy is so funny, did you see his comment about the towel? I hope he stays at Little beach because there are some things that I just do not need to see.

You can place your camera on a dry rock, maybe put it in a plastic baggie just in case. There are lots of rocks around the falls to put your belongings on. Wear your bathing suits under clothes. You might also want to get some slip on water shoes, rocks can be sharp.

Im just gonna go in my birthday suit! Just kidding. Go easy on the naked guy. There is a lifestyle for everyone, and this is his. Maybe you and I won%26#39;t do it, but it is perfectly ok for someone else to do it.

As far as the waterdfalls, I just wear my suit and a t-shirt to the falls, and then change at the car when I am done. That is where my nudity comes in, if you see me, I just don%26#39;t care. Need to get in the dry shorts, ya know.

I am sitting in my room at the Westin Bonaventure (gotta accumulate my points) at 3:00 in morning, and this place blows for a Westin...I almost ran over a valet person on purpose, and if he wouldn%26#39;t have jumped out of the way, I would have. I had already paid $25 for overnight parking, and when I left with my car to go shopping, and came back later in the afternoon, they told me I couldn%26#39;t park here as the lot was full. ya, whatever. I already paid, so I just blew past him and pulled into the lot almost running him over. Anyway, eating room service now, and going to bed. bye for now!

While I know some of you wouldn%26#39;t, and I don%26#39;t know that I would, is it ok to skinny dip in the falls?? What are some nice ones that don%26#39;t have many visitors??

I don%26#39;t know that I could get up the nerve to do it... but maybe when I%26#39;m there I will. :) :)
