To slabeaume and need2 go...aloha and mahalo!
need2go: Must ask, too, about the underwater photos. Seems to me those may have been from a dive on your Napali Coast Liko tour, and pretty sure not Lydgate. Let us know. Enjoyed your album and good-looking family so much.
slabeaume: I absolutely love Kauai and that is why I am so happy you photographers capture her essence and beauty. Over the past 10+ years I have visited five islands, i.e., Oahu, Big Island, Maui, Molokai and Kauai. In the early years I spent periods of time on any one of them until I realized Kauai had totally captured my heart and mind. So, in the last six to seven years I have visited Kauai quite regularly, sometimes once a year for a month but up to four times a year in shorter visits. Always happy to hear others are similarly enthralled. I hope you did not think I hit all the restaurants in one shot!
Mahalo photographers!
We were captured by Kauai purely by accident. We attended a timeshare presentation for Pahio Kauai Beach Villas while at home in St. Louis, Mo., about 8 years ago. We bought into an every other year week thinking it would have great trading value. Even traded the first week and went to Cayman Islands. Then we caught a special to Oahu and made our first trip to Hawaii. We were hooked! The next year I was anxious to see what we had bought into on Kauai---so we went to Kauai. The next year was our off year so we went to the Big Island. Since then, we bought more weeks at Pahio KBV and go back every year, now for 2 weeks at a time---4 times so far. My intentions at first were to spend at least a week on each island---but I can%26#39;t seem to get off Kauai anymore. For such a small island, there are so many discoveries to be made! And I don%26#39;t believe for a minute that you didn%26#39;t hit all those restaurants in one shot!
