my condo unit

What is the name of the condo complex? Also, some don%26#39;t work hard a renting out their condo.

my condo unit

yes

ditto, for rental income, this is the start of high season. ahhh but a good thing for you to come for an extended stay!!

I would be! Ditto from VMan. I%26#39;m using my condo a lot, June and July, and will have it down for some renovation in October. Otherwise I anticipate it being rented.

MauiV

this is owned by by a family that lives on maui- and as far as i can tell they do the renting themselves and not thru a management company as there is no cleaning fee involved and the taxes are included in the rental cost

It sure looks nice. I thought I%26#39;d seen every condo for rent on Maui but I hadn%26#39;t seen that one. That%26#39;s maybe the reason it%26#39;s not heavily booked.... harder to find.

I see that it is on Maalea bay, which is not nearly as popular as other areas of the island. Hula40 has had good experiences in that area at the Sugar Beach resort - I%26#39;ve always thought it was too windy and didn%26#39;t really like the beach there, but she loves it. I bet it will be fine.

Doesn%26#39;t look so bad. Looks like it%26#39;s on the other side of the Harbor, just south. I found another set of photos on another web site: http://www.mkai-condo.com/mkai/index.htm .

May not be quite as popular because everyone wants a beach, to be right on the ocean... ocean front, all the amenities, and doesn%26#39;t want to pay more that $59 for everything above.

Looks fine. Go for it, if you are happy with it. The condo your renting looks very nice.
