I am thinking of making reservations at outrigger on waikiki, What is the opinion?? we like activity.. shopping ect..maybe 5 days then we need to pick another island??? What is the next best place???

Duff%26#39;swife- By now you may have already booked, but I just finished making reservations at the Outrigger Waikiki Beach for April. We have been there two times. I think the location is great, easy walking in either direction of Waikiki Beach. I read about others complaining of noise levels between rooms and I have to agree. From our ocean front room, we not only heard music and laughter from Duke%26#39;s below, we heard our neighbor%26#39;s TV at 3:00 on the morning. The ocean view room I remember being that the view was between hotels on either side. This time we are opting for a city view room. Book directly with Outrigger, I found that the prices were the same as booking through one of the internet hotel sites. For your other island, Kauai is a nice respite from bustling Waikiki Beach.
