I agree Alan! Great resort! The grounds are amazing as is the pool system! But, as it states in the article...The customer service I recieved while I was there was AWESOME on every level of personel I dealt with during my few days there in April! Everyone was nice and smiling and did anything they could to make my stay as wonderful as possible. Every bit as good of service as I enjoyed when I stayed at Lowes Santa Monica, CA. TOP NOTCH!
