Need a car/ van for 6 what is the best agent to use? Our condo has a washer and dryer so we are all packing lightly due to space in the rental . I am looking and renting for 10 day any good suggestions.

We needed a van last year as well and had trouble finding one.
I ended up with a 6 passenger, 3 seat Chrysler mini-van Dollar.
With a 3rd seat in place there was not a lot of room left for luggage to and from the airport but other than that it worked out great. Excellent visibility and plenty of room for 6.

Hi Kellie-Jo,
I received an email from Alamo a few days ago, believe it was $209 a week for Mini Van (had to picK-up by end of June).
We%26#39;ve had great luck with Priceline on cars*. If you haven%26#39;t used, put in a low bid and when the say ';get serious'; and suggest a higher price, shave it by several dollars. May require a few days, but you%26#39;ll save money.
You do need to be careful with a 10 day rental; a commonplace trick is a lowball weekly rate, followed by complete hosing for extra days. Also, some Agencies quote ';off the lot price'; including taxes/fees, while others don%26#39;t.
* I know some folks bad-mouth Priceline and I agree that they can disappoint with Hotels (all 3-stars aren%26#39;t equal) and Airlines (half of them don%26#39;t deserve business, regardless of price), but Priceline utilizes the major Car Rental companies and I%26#39;ve found them to be pretty much alike (knock-on-wood).
Also, know you%26#39;re going light on baggage, but might want to consider taking some bungee-cords (%26amp; large plastic bags in case it%26#39;s raining).
The thing I would caution here is that not all mini-vans have the 3rd seat to seat 6 so be very specific when you inquire.
If you do a google.com search for car rental hawaii, you can find sites that will let you comparison shop!
