We have reservations at the Halekulani for the end of September. We are getting concerned about the surrounding construction and are wondering if we should change our accomodations. Any thoughts?
Halekulani during surrounding construction?Although we didn%26#39;t stay at the Halekulani we had lunch X 2 and dinner once there (2 weeks ago). Once inside this wonderful oasis, we didn%26#39;t hear a thing. The walk there was a bit inconvenient because of the construction.
Halekulani during surrounding construction?aloha V - no worries, Halekulani remains as fantastic as ever. the configuration of the hotel is focused towards the sea and inner sublime coutryards. go for it.
no worries, and if, for any reason, you%26#39;re less than satisfied with the Halekulani (I can%26#39;t image this, I%26#39;m speaking hypothetically) you%26#39;ll be there at the least crowded time of year - and you could easily move to another hotel if you desire to do so.
enjoy.
I concur with Mauna Kea Lady, you%26#39;ll be just fine and I don%26#39;t anticipate any noise issues because of it%26#39;s hotel and grounds site layout, plus summer tourist season rush will be au pau hana...
Thanks for the advice! I guess we%26#39;ll keep our reservation and see what happens...
