Gosh, now I feel a million times better about going to Oahu after all of the fantastic and POSITIVE posts about Oahu from the forum folks.
And now, I need to ask you for your recommendations for KAYAKING companies (where located, etc.) and those that offer guides since my husband and I have never gone solo before. Are there any that offer eco-type tours as well (not necessary, but nice if any good.)
Till we speak again! Bella
Now need Oahua KAYAKING company recommendationsKailua is one of the best places on the island to start a kayak trip. We were going to go again this trip, but after our dolphin swim, we felt like we couldn%26#39;t best that experience. However, in the past we have used twogood kayaks, and they were great. It%26#39;s easy to do as a first-timer, but if you%26#39;re feeling timid, they offer tours as well. Check out twogoodkayaks.com
Now need Oahua KAYAKING company recommendationstwogood kayaks is the company I used to kayak to Mokulua isles. Liked them. You can go on your own (rental only) which is what we did, or take guided tours.
The Travel Channel today featured kayaking at Turtle Bay Resort-North Shore. # (808) 293-6000.
