It%26#39;s a cocktail that has strawberries and coconut syrup and something alcoholic. Whatever! It%26#39;s pretty and it%26#39;s a cocktail and dessert all in one!

It%26#39;s very similar to a strawberry pina colada but they add creme and perhaps a few other things. It%26#39;s delicious - I can%26#39;t get my hands on one fast enough when I get to Hawaii! (But, after one or two they get pretty sweet - you%26#39;ll feel a sugar rush!) I%26#39;ve yet to find someone that can make one on the mainland...but I%26#39;m still looking!
It%26#39;s a Pina Colada (light rum, pineapple juice and cream of coconut) w/some strawberry puree. Put the puree in a glass, add the blended colada mix, and you have a Lava flow.
add chocolate syrup to that and you got a molokai mudslide.
Mmmmmmmmm! Sounds wonderful! Can%26#39;t wait to get there (5 1/2 more days!)...
